Qualifications & Requirements
We value diverse backgrounds in caregiving and education. To be considered for a Behavior Technician position, you should meet one of the following criteria:
Who We Are Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience Option A: 6+ months of direct ABA experience.

Experience Option B: 6+ months in a related field (Special Education, Mental Health, Childcare, Rehabilitation, etc.).

Academic Path: Currently pursuing or completed a BA/BS degree in a related field.

Healthcare Background: Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is highly valued.
Employment Requirements

Valid Work Permit.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Reliable transportation (travel between client locations may be required).

Licensing: Active CBT license (or willing to obtain before your start date).

Certification: Active RBT certification (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).
