Advantages of Center Based Service
For 1:1 services, the client is set up to work with an RBT in a controlled environment depending on the interventions specifics. For example, if the intervention calls for an environment with no distractions, an area free of distractions is designed for the client.
Group services are offered in a group setting. The clients get to socialize with other individuals by playing board games, playing outside which enhances their social skills, and this opportunity can also be used to generalize some of their intervention target skills like sharing, complementing, taking turns, making friends among others.
