12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (AAA ARBITRATION)
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Legal Terms shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.
